A New Auditorium Roof

Friends and family are always asking if Brad is keeping busy. In a word--yes!

He puts in at least a 40 hour week. The last job on the list for the maintenace team was to replace 8000 clay times that were under warranty. Eight years ago when the roof of the auditorium was completed, the school was given a ten year warranty on the roof tiles.

Since that time, it was realized that there was a problem with that batch of tiles. The company honored their warranty and 8000 old tiles had to come off and 8000 new tiles had to be put on.

Primarily, there were three workers that took off the old roof and four that put the new roof on. FYI: they finished ahead of schedule.
