Sunday Lunch at Maugenhard

Sunday Lunch following church:
Burritos (still not as good as Chipotle--but as close as we've come since we've been here; the RAs had to drive to Carre Four in France, a French Costco, to buy the burrito
shells), ground beef, black beans, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, etc.

Most of it was assembled and put into covered bowls on Saturday so the boys could come home from church and eat ASAP.

Notice Big Eddie in the foreground at the beginning of the video. He is 6 feet 7 inches tall and has the biggest appetite in the house. He is a senior this year.

There are six mission trip possibilities organized by BFA this spring. A trip to Africa is one of them. Part of the missions trip will involve going into the bush to the village where Eddie's parents minister, and giving out baby goats to the locals--an important food supply.

Where are the other five mission trips? Ministering in Eastern Europe and Western Europe and Africa with constructions projects, street ministries, and children's ministries.

Surprised that MKs would be going on a mission trip? Just as American teens can have their horizons broadened by seeing another culture and the needs of the people there, the same can happen with our MK students.
