Looking for something to do on a quiet Saturday? Go see the "Cows coming down."
Farmers dress up their cows, usher them from the high meadow to the lower meadow-- after all winter is coming, unenthusiastically says Jan-- and this is cause for a "fest." Ya, of course, there is a beer tent. There is always a beer tent.
(FYI. We have not been in one yet!)
